Any good protein suggestions? I currently eat alot of eggs, chicken, greek yogurt and protein bars but am looking for something different. Peanut butter sounds like a good option but I don't want to eat too much of that!

I too have the same problem. :explode: Seeing the quick success of some people can be a real downer, but I always tell myself if I take it off slow then I will be slow to put it back on. Only time will tell if that is the case, but for now I refuse to give up. Congrats again!:tongue:

I have this problem too! The scale takes FOREVER to move. I haven't taken any measurements....hmmm maybe this is the boost my ego needs?!?!? Congrats to you & thanks for posting your NSV! :bigsmile:
