  • You may need to get your thyroid checked. When mine was low, I stayed freezing all the time. It is a symptom of hypothyroidism.
  • Just keep telling yourself that "you can do this." The stress of life overwhelms me sometimes. I just thought the same thing you did today. I have so much to do, I didn't find time to workout all weekend. I'm determined to make time. I'm gonna push forward no matter what. Hang in there, it's ok to have an off day sometimes.
  • Not yet, but I want to feel like this. I cannot wait. My children and I walked to the top of clingman's dome in the smoky mountains last summer. I thought I was going to die and was about to give up, but my children keep pushing me on. Literally, people twice my age were passing me up while I stopped to catch my breath.…
  • Even though I don't know you personally, I am very proud of you. Many of us know your struggles and exactly what it feels like to be in your shoes. I hate looking in the mirror and not knowing the person I have become. Your story is awesome and I hope you continue with your healthy journey. You are a true inspiration.
  • I had a constant dry cough. It was like a tickle in my throat that would not go away.
  • I have tried several supplements from the show. Nothing has been of a big help. I think it's all about what you eat combined with exercise. Save your money.
  • My husband had the gastric sleeve back in October and is doing great. It comes with struggles and you have to have tremendous willpower. He was at the point, he could not do it on his own. It has been one of the best things he has ever done. I think you need to really ask yourself if you can do it own your own. My husband…
  • It's time to get out. You cannot have yourself exposed to that. No matter how much you love someone, you need to think of your own health first. He is not being a responsible adult.
  • I have an underactive thyroid also. It really does slow down weight loss even though its supposedly regulated by medicine.
  • Thats great!!!!! It gets frustrating trying to build up endurance, but it really works.
  • I have the same problem. I work at night also. I have a hard time keeping my food journal because it seems like my days and nights blur into one another. I try to eat my heaviest meal for lunch, which is most peoples dinner time around 6p. I eat light the rest of the night while I'm at work.
  • I agree...it appears Nutella is suppose to be good for you. It's a trick. Maybe just one bite, but then you cant stop eating it. It taste awesome. I just don't buy it anymore so I can't be tempted.
  • Are you suppose to do the insanity, then the p90x?
  • I store mine in cold weather. I would paddle if I could, but can't find anyone crazy enough to go with me.
  • Hang in there. It will get better. This time of the year and cold weather is hard to keep motivated in.
  • I have hypothyroidism also. Its suppose to be regulated, but Ive had a hard time losing weight ever since I was diagnosed with it over two years ago. I think its a real struggle for people with low thyroid to loose weight. I wish I had the answer.
  • I have a problem with cheese also. I want cheese on everything. I am trying to cut back and use goat cheese on salads. Cheese has been one of my hardest habits to break while trying to loose weight.
  • I use the Krazy coupon lady website weekly for good coupon information.
  • I agree with you 100 percent. It gets on my nerves when my children leave a mess and I throw a fit every now and then, but its not that important. It's one of those small things in life that is not worth sweating about.
  • Thanks, I will check into that. The few times I have got to go this year, we put in at Cortners Mill. It is a scenic and relaxing trip.
