P90X is an intense workout video series from beachbody, I have the original Power 90 and Turbo Jam and I love them! They are a little costly but you can search for beachbody online and there are a lot of different workouts availible ~ Jacqueline

Everything that I have read says not to drop below 1200 calories a day. You can find a reliable RMR calculator online and it should give you a good estimate, the one I use is at www.kimbenson.com

I need to or I will be so over my calorie count for tomorrow. But on a good note Bally's opens at 5 and stays open until 4pm so I will be at least trying to hit the gym for a small workout and my Aunt and I are going for a walk after the big feast. At least I am cooking so I can control a lot of what goes into the food.

I am making it a point to let everyone know that I am committed to a healthy lifestyle and if they are joing us for dinner then they will enjoy a healthier version of the classics. I am avoiding mashed potatoes and gravy in favor of baked sweet potatoes, no marshmellows of course ;) . Turkey will be roasted without butter…
