I’ve been practicing for about 3yrs. Last year I slowly introduced carbs again and experienced weight gain along with increased autoimmune issues. I’m a runner and had my worst running year in 2023. Could be coincidental due to the amount of issues I was having, but I’m going back to carnivore.

Gromstrong, what kind of exercises are you doing? I was diagnosed last November with PSA but I’m not doing any exercises yet. Still trying to walk pain free! Hopefully my new biologic does the trick. And you, any exercise routines?

Just started c25k after a couple years of no running due to Achilles bursitis trouble and life. Going to take it slow but hope to see myself back to running steadily. Packed on the pounds so that doesn't help either. Slow an steady will be my plan to 30 mile goal this month. 2 of 30mi completed yesterday.

I'm 5'2" @ 216 and would love to connect with everyone as well. I'm hoping to start a walk run plan in the morning. It's just after midnight so I hope I wake up on time to make it before work.

Week1Day1 complete and was great! I started my run at 10:30pm due to having a VERY busy day and driving all over town. Finally settled in back at home at this time. Wew - all done!
