As much as I'm in a similar boat I have to remember that with exercise comes muscle...which weighs heavier than fat. I wish I had taken my measurements at the start as my clothes are definitely looser but not lighter on the scales!

Ah thanks for the tips. My daily calorie intake is 1220 based on the fact that I sit in an office most of the day and exercise 3x per week for 60mins each. Will wait and see what the next scale hop on shows and have another look at the parts you pointed out! Thanks again!
