  • I have been on Isagenix since mid June and have lost 34.7 pounds. It is easy and flexible. Most days I sub 2 meals for a shake and then I have a regular meal following the paleo way of eating. Sometimes I have a shake for Breakfast, eat lunch and dinner, the have a shake for dessert. It has worked out very well for me.
  • I am meeting with a nutritionist/dietician. She told me in order to lose weight healthily I need to eat 1600 calories and do 30 minutes of cardio 3-5 times a week.   • I do this all the time not only with green beans but also with asparagus. I also do them on the grill instead of the oven sometimes. Both ways are great and ultra satisfying. As a substitute for potatoes, I have used Jicama as french fries and fried potatoes. Delish!
  • Please feel free to add me! I have only been on about 3 weeks. I am 48 and need all the help I can get. Love to be there for others. It is definitely more fun with friends!
