Alcohol is my biggest issue. Food and nutrition isn't a problem for me. A mate comes over once a week and we can get through a lot of wine. Hi. I'd like to join. I've been on MFP for 3 weeks. I'm 145 and would like to get to lose about 16. lost 2 lbs in 3 weeks, not much but I'm happy with as doing lots of weights and cardio. I keep reading that having support helps so been looking for something like this.
