Had our first session with our new trainer today - he introduced us to Kettle Bells, Ropes, and these straps that hang from the ceiling. Will be seeing him again on Saturday and then M & W until the end of May. I thought I was going to die!! LOL!! I think that is a good thing.

Congrats to everyone! Looks like lots of activity today! Finished up 30 mins on the treadmill and 30 mins treading water! Tired but feel great!

Today is 21 days for me - I have lost 10 pounds!

Dinner out at a beautiful restaurant overlooking Cook Inlet & the mountains. Had prime rib (took half home for husbands lunch) red jacket mashed potatoes, asparagus, one slice of AMAZING bread with real butter, cappuccino & cheese cake (5 bites - husband ate the rest). Under calories for the day and felt GREAT!

Officially down 10 pounds this morning - feels great! Trying a Special K flatbread breakfast sandwich this morning. I always like to have eggs for breakfast - seem to keep me full longer. Tonight at the gym it is treadmill & swimming! Have a day full of great food & fitness!!

Really enjoy pool work - especially treading water. Did 30 mins yesterday. Also trying to do one mile of laps in a month. Competition at my gym! Do cardio 3 days a week at the gym. Decided to trade in my Angry Orchard Cider tonight for a slice of the most amazing bread with awesome butter with dinner. So worth it - still came in under calories for the day! Feel great! Sassy!

When I lost weight last time I would find out what we were eating ahead of time and do my research before hand. Figure out what I could eat and then just have that at the event. I would also bring a dish or two that I knew the calorie count so I could be sure I was on target for at least those items. You know your family…

My husband and my adult son are both on my list. My son checks in and logs daily - my husband logs once a year - :) Do what you are comfortable with.

There is a website - I am sorry I can't find it right now - something frugal.... try googling a bit. She does meal plans for really cheap. I'll try looking later and see if I can find it. I know it is so hard when you are trying to care for everyone else. Good luck!

First thing every morning - used to be Iced Coffee from DD or McD's. Now mixed with a medifast shake first thing when I wake up. (have to use them up somehow) SO good!
