I know that you need to loose the layer of fat first which is why I said they won't show in 6 weeks lol, just want to know if it's a worthwhile additional exercise to be doing and if it does target on that area :)

Mine get really itchy and are also affected by air conditioning, dry eyes is a side effect. If I'm walking around a supermarket and their air conditioning is high my eyes are watering and hurting by the time I come out!!

I struggled getting my thyroid diagnoised. It took ages for them to give me a blood test. When they did it came back fine so I insisted that they do a fasting blood test and tested my T4 and T3 separately which then showed the problem. This may be an option for you?
