They had one of these at the Vitamin Shoppe here locally. The rep was there trying to sell me one, it took all I had to not laugh in his face and embarrass him in front of the whole store.

I have the yurbuds and they are awesome. I bought them at my local running store where the owner used a template and fitted me for the correct size.

I have obstructive sleep apnea also. Sleep with my CPAP every night I sleep better and so does my wife now that she doesn't have to hear me snore.

Huge victories my friend.....keep it up. Don't be afraid to go outside in the snow and cold...you haven't lived until you return from a run and you have icicles hanging from your earlobes and your eyebrows are coated with chunks of ice. I did it for six years in Germany, it rocks! Of course I now live in El Paso, TX.

I did the Adtkins diet a few years ago and it not a pleasant experience. Now my carbohydrate approach is to avoid refined or processed carbs. I am not worrying about Thanksgiving and I am treating it as a refeed day. I have never really overindulged on Thanksgiving anyway. Thursday is my rest day from the gym anyway so I will do my usual 4 mile walk and then eat guilt free. I was going to walk 7 or 8 miles but decided against it.

To lift more than my body weight in all 5 of my lifts Squat, Dead lift, Bench press, Overhead press, and Bent over row. As my strength increases and my body weight decreases the two will meet and I will achieve my goal.
