I had my Thyroid out 3 weeks ago (I AM 52), feeling pretty good (I do get really tired midday). I push through it. Also gaining weight daily. Sandwich...three pieces of low fat turkey, 1/2 pare slices, mustard on Arnold 40 calorie bread. Homemade soups Salad pizza... 125 calories tuna, white beans salad with garlic, lemon and oil dressing.
