What do you consider 'short'? LOL I'm 5' 5" and I shop in the petite section. My goal is 140#, but I'd be thrilled to be less than 150#. Was down to 135# with Weight Watchers but it was too low for me.

If you ran today, you should take tomorrow off. My coach/mentors always say you should rest a day in between runs to let the muscles heal and get stronger. If it continues to hurt, I suggest you find a chiropractic physician near you. I did when I had knee (and ankle and IT band and now plantar fasciitis) problems. Mine…
