Hey guys..... i'm sorry I'm just now checking in for the weekend... i've been busy; However, I walked the 5K yesterday morning as I said I would...and today I've walked 2 miles.. I will update my ticker 5.1 miles later tonight. Thanks (also, I have completed week 1 of c25k and started week 2 today)

Google Zig Zagging (moving calories up and down between days supposedly confuses the metabolism)... it might help... there is a thread about it somewhere in all these message boards.

I am sucking on this challenge... I'm going to try to fix the problem today though... gonna do two miles at lunch... I need to get ahead of the game. Signing up for a 5k on Saturday though, that should help too!

I wasn't able to walk last night as I had a late meeting that lasted until 11PM; however, I did my first c25k training this morning... I did it for 20 minutes and forgot to look how far I got... I will look at the treadmill when I get home and update my ticker.
