Walk/Ran 5 miles on the treadmill tonight while watching Biggest Loser :smile: At 24.75... past 1/2 my mark at 15th of Month! Yeah!

You can do it! You would need to do almost an hour and 1/2 each night for the rest of the month to reach your goal... so why not set a goal of trying to get in some 2 hour days and that will give yout aht cushion for the last couple of days :smile:

Did 1.75 miles tonight on the C25K, week 3 day 1; therefore, I'm at 19.75 for the month!

Can't seem to beat this illness I have and it's driving me crazy because it's affecting my walking/running; however, I was able to get in day 3 of week 2 of the c25k last night wich amounted to 1.53 miles... I am up to 18 miles for March.

Question: I made these this morning and the "texture" of them didn't feel right... when I went back and looked at the recipe I realized I left out the baking powder... that will make a difference right? The flavor was great!

Walked 1.14 miles at lunch...added to tracker= 16.47 for month

I was sick as a dog yesterday....desparately fighting allergies; therefore, I only walked during lunch.... I wasn't able to get in my normal 3 miles last night :frown: I am still under the weather this morning; therefore, none this morning. I'm hoping to feel better by the end of the day to get some in tonight :smile:

I made these last week and, to be honest, the thing I love the most about them is that they are so rich from the peanut butter I can't eat more than one at a time.... saves even more calories from "over-indulging" :smile:

I 100% agree with this post.... I do the c25k.... there are also apps for your phone that will "ring/ding" at you when it's time to start jogging, then ding when it's time to walk... interval walk/run to build you up to a 5K
