I managed 6mi on the treadmill...but am very behind. There's been some family issues and I did not work out Friday-Wednesday! Yikes! I'm already plus one for the day. It's SO beautiful out I think I'm going to take my dog for a walk (esp since I'd be stroller-free on this walk!).0

Only got about 70 min in yesterday. Tomorrow me and a group of friends are doing our "practice" walk for the Las Vegas half marathon....so I will be getting in 4 hours of walking! if I don't die first lol.0

Haven't logged in since Wed but did 4 miles on both Thursday and today. Don't think I will do a run/walk tomorrow but may do a volksmarch on Sunday with a friend. If I watched what I ate a little more closely this week with the increase in miles each day I would have lost weight but this week was just hard all the way around. lay it on to the time change.0

Managed 3miles with Leslie Sansone plus my 'walking bus', 1 mile, yesterday. This morning I was up early and walked with Leslie Sansone for another 3 miles.
I'm off out with my sis-in-law this aft for a long walk, should be around 4.5 miles so I need to add 14.5 to my ticker!

240 minutes today.... I didn't think I would make it, but I did and I feel great now! (as long as I'm not on my feet :laugh: :laugh: )
I passed my goal for March with today's workout. Woo hoo! I think thats the first time ever I met the goal for the month, now I'm excited to see how much I exceed that goal.0 -

An hour and a half for me today...20 minutes running 70 minutes walking. I think I set my goal too low...I'm changing it from 1000 minutes for March to 1200. That increases my daily goal from 30+ to 45+ minutes for the remaining 12 days in March.0

I changed my goal from 100 miles to 150 miles for the month. I have been working very hard because of a Biggest Loser contest going on in the school where I teach. I am currently in first place and we have two weeks left so I am very motivated.0 -
Well I'm steaming ahead, and will hit my goal well before the end of the month, not sure whether to extend the goal or let it lie, I will still be doing the walking in any case - not having a car I don't have much choice LOL.0

Today was a big day for me. I walked 2-1/4 miles at 3 mph without stopping, without problem and with energy to spare. Two years ago I was so weak I couldn't even climb the stairs to the second floor of my home. It's been a 4-year long ordeal getting my meds right and my energy back. I can't tell you how good it feels. :drinker: :bigsmile:
