Ahah! Finally worked out the exercise ticker! Though I've started late, I now only have 8.8 miles left to do in 6 days and feeling confident of finishing easily. Just goes to show that I'll have to raise my target for next month!! Thanks to MFP for support and inspiration! :flowerforyou:0

hi can I join you? I'm new here and am to self conciliation to run bit love walking. yesterday I walked for 4hours with my baby strapped to my front does that count? he wouldn't stop crying so I unless I carried him so I just went got a really long walk. he fell asleep but sadly woke up the moment I got in lol. so danced around with him for the rest of the day.0

Blackdragonclare...YES, I'd say that counts! :happy: I'd even say that walking with another person (no matter how small) strapped to you counts as double!0

he is about 19lb now and by the end of yesterday felt a lot heavier! lukily he's better today but I'm just about to head out for a walk with the kidsto the park so thats another 60mins very slow though lol. how's everyone else getting on?

I'm having the day off from exercising tomorrow but expect to reach my goal by Tuesday. Anyone have any ideas about pushing themselves that bit harder? I find that I walk better and faster if I go home first after work and relax with a coffee or just some water. Just waiting for the lighter nights so I can get out more after work.0

Completed my March goal. I really should have made it higher but I will do that next month. I did 4 miles with Leslie this morning. It has been a messy, wet day here.0

Walked with Leslie on Friday morning ( 2 miles), walked 3 miles along the promenade yesterday and I've just returned from a walk with my family: 2 miles!

Got a sneaky workout with Leslie this morning, 2 miles. The weather here is supposed to turn wet during the week so I'll be using Leslie to walk with quite a bit!!!

Great day for me today!! Walked 8.5 miles - well over my March Target also set a new personal best (Since 1st Feb). Trying not to be too self-satisfied and looking forward to pushing myself a bit further in the April challenge - hoping there'll be one of course!?
Just ate my quarter pizza, as suggested in MFP, not sure how much I would have eaten after my walk, without these guidelines. Which reminds me that after the walk, I have ended up with almost impossibly high number of calories left to eat. As it is now 8pm here, I find this a bit daunting - any ideas on this would be great!
