OMG are you serious!! Have you always been such a whiny little B+*#ch? I work in an Emergency Department and seem to spend a lot of time and other peoples money working on people just like you. Everyone has choices, and I'm sure yours haven't been perfect your whole life. Each to their own!!!

Thanks for everyone's input. I have just finished a horrendous night shift, so I am going to have a sleep for a few hours and see how I feel when I wake up. I am struggling to walk at the moment, which I hate because I normally walk about 20 km's a day, but maybe I will feel a bit better after resting my muscles for a few…

My daughter did the 30 day shred and had a rest day after every 6 days. She said the soreness started to ease after about day 4 or 5, which is why I was unsure whether or not to keep pushing on until then.

Thanks for your advice everyone :drinker: I realise that the soreness is due to me using muscles that I haven't used in a long time, and that means what I am doing is hopefully beneficial, just didn't know if it would be counter-productive to push them muscles further when they are already screaming out in pain. Does everybody find that the fitbit is fairly accurate tracking steps taken when it is in your pocket? I know the old pedometers I used to have weren't accurate at all unless worn on my hip so it could feel the movement

After reading everyones posts I am a bit worried I will put it through the washing machine or drop it and break it. I did see that the fitbit flex is being released soon, I might have to wait for that as it is in a wristband and less chance of breaking or washing i think. Thanks again everyone for your input :)

I have only just heard of fitbit as well mahanaibu. It tracks your steps, calories burnt, stairs taken and sleep pattern and apparently you can sync it to your computer and MFP.

I have only been logging for the last 5 weeks and lost 4kg in the first 1 1/2 weeks, but then hit a plateau. MFP also told me to eat 1200 cals a day. For the last 5 days I have increased my calorie intake to 1400 and have started to lose weight again :) Psychologically it was hard for me to increase my calorie intake as I…
