I hate birth control pills! I have the non-hormone IUD and it is good for 10 years. No need to worry about a pill or some darn hormones making me feel weird or gain weight. I love it!!

Ripped in 30 is more intense then 30DS. Both are very good though! I guess if your in pretty good shape, I would say do the Ripped in 30.

Umm....I don't seem to have that problem. When I lose weight I lose those too. I hate it! I wish they would stay the same. I think your blessed to keep them while losing weight! :)

You could: Take some asprin, use a hot pad, take a hot bath, rub the muscles that hurt, apply cream for aching muscles and rest. Those are a few things I can think of quickly.

I need help too! I am 13 lbs away from my goal and just can't seem to pull it off!!! I am getting frustrating and feel like I am losing my mojo. Let's encourage eachother!!! My goal is to be down 5lbs by 08-11-11 and another 5 lbs by 09-11-11. I really hope I can do it!!

I'm doing the Shred too. On level 1, day 9. Will finish up with level 1 tomorrow. Yeah! I may have to skip Friday due to time constraints, but will be on level 2 on Saturday for sure. I am on Day 8 of level 1. I did it 6 days straight and took a day break. If all goes well, Friday I will start level 2. We will see though. The first 4 days are definetly the hardest and being on day 8, I can see the difference from Day 1 and 2. Good luck!
