Go see a PT. Do NOT look for medical advice on mfp. Good luck.

Damn you woman! Now I want some! If I can get my KIDS to drink this, it will be a miracle.:drinker:

Totally agree! I am working on going to a whole foods, plant-based diet; this movie helps a lot. Also, I'm now reading "The China Study," a book by one of the doctors (Campbell) in the movie. It's amazing his research findings. Somebody recommended a book "Going Vegan," which I haven't started but looks good. Good…

I am doing P90X2 now (and for full disclosure, I am a Beachbody coach, too). I am happy to share the journey with you! I'm on day 25 now, but I'm going to have to go longer than 90 days because of an injury (long story). Feel free to friend me, and good luck to you!

1. Kiss 2. Encourage people 3. Lift weights 4. Make people laugh 5. Read 6. Write 7. Say yes to spending time with my kids even when I don't feel like it 8. Keep in touch with my close relatives 9. Be a good friend. 10. Stay on track with my program. Thanks for asking, this was fun! When are you posting YOUR list?

Well, your pecs are under your boobs, so bench presses might help. Remember, though, boobies are fat tissue -- and if yours are saggy, even exercise won't help. I know, I had three kids in four years and those things are not pretty now (although my hubby is happy)! Good bra!

Better yet, find a TODDLER! They'll get it right in no time! Good luck.

I have to agree with badger lady on this one. However, you were looking for people like you -- which I am. My resting HR is 48-53. This has happened as I've gotten fitter, however, I do have some heart issues, which I'm having checked out and may be related. Friend me if you want to talk about it -- that being said, you…

Congrats! You look so different!

I get the $5 kids' snack pack. It's a treat, but it's cheap & small. Yes, you can go 2 hours without eating, but who WANTS to go see a movie without food? Good luck!

TWO days? As my kids would say, "Gurrrl. Please."

I would only caution you, I've just been diagnosed with Long QT Syndrome (an electrical issue with the heart) and this drug is on the list to avoid -- i.e., it can cause arrhythmia. Just be careful & good luck to you! Losing weight is VERY hard to do, without being judged. I just got a load of s@#% for posting about going…

Wow, I had NO IDEA this would be a hot button! Thank you to those who gave me good information. Also, especially for the guy who said it's "extreme" and that I need to exercise more -- I exercise 5-6X a week, I do triathlons, I mean GEEZ. What I am doing is not working for me, and there's no way to argue that eating more…

That happened via email, somebody claiming to be my neighbor, Galen. It helped a lot that I just saw Galen that morning, and the email claimed he was in the UK!! Seriously, if these people used their brains for good, they could cure the world's ills.

I put on lipstick, but that's only because I grew up with a Mom who said, "Put some lipstick on; you look dead!" my entire childhood. Now, I can't be without it or I feel weird.

Congrats to you! Keep up the good work!

Oh man that is hilarious!! I don't know which is funnier, the wig or the underarm hair WITH the wig. Why is he your EX? You should never break up with a funny trainer!:drinker:

Any headaches or withdrawal symptoms? Just curious. I need to do this (again). Congrats on a healthy decision!
-
My first thought was, are you eating enough throughout the day? If not, maybe add some protein at night. For me, I've found flossing & brushing my teeth signals my brain that it's the end of the eating day. Good luck to you!

I love it here! Welcome & best of luck to you on reaching your goals.

Oh, that's a horror story. If you see him again, just say, "Lithen, Mith-ter!" And I'm not a fan of mean, but puh-LEASE!

Yeah, my biggest issue with this show (and ironically, I LOVE the show!) is that the general public can be lulled into a false sense of how much weight they should lose, when it's NOT your job to lose weight. Thanks for letting me vent!

I struggle with this, too. What I do (most of the time, not all the time) is only eat crap that is REALLY good -- i.e., a gooey, chocolately covered mess of deliciousness, versus a kit kat bar (kit kat bar lovers, don't crucify me please). If I'm going to splurge, it's gotta be worth the trip. Good luck to you, it's hard…

You are officially my new favorite guy on MFP!!! My hubby ka-*****es about that show all the time.

I quit 25 years ago, and I sometimes still have dreams that I'm sneaking a ciggie! I find it disgusting now, so your body will change. Good luck to you!

Is this what they mean in London when they post to "Mind the gap" at the subway station?

Amazing! It looks like our old jeans ate your new jeans! LOL Congrats to you & keep on maintaining.

Congrats! When are you due?

Congrats! You have a lot to be proud of! Now KEEP it!
