I bought a Nutribullet a few years ago and LOVED it but unfortunately it died after a few months. I think they're wonderful but they don't seem to last long, unless the company has fixed this problem. Go to amazon.com and look at reviews for both. That will let you know which works better. If you have much muscle, ditch the BMI and look at your waist size compared to hip size, what size your clothes are and how you feel.

Fruit helps me. If I want crunchy, it's an apple or pomegranate seeds, which I consider nature's candy; gooey, I go for apple sauce.. Good luck to you! :drinker:

So I'm guessing you are focusing on low carb, high protein and fat? If so, you're probably not consuming enough high quality carbs. FYI your body -- including your brain -- runs on glucose, not protein. Get Try adding in some high quality grains and veggies and you may feel better. Good luck!

Well, let's see. Fruit has: fiber, water, vitamins, and is WAY low in calories. So my vote is don't worry about fruit intake, unless you are eating it exclusively and well into the night. :drinker:

I've just started a whole foods plant based diet. To be clear, most of my carbs are vegetables, fruits and whole grains. I don't eat a ton of bread or processed foods. It's very satisfying, and I'm finding it fairly easy to do on the road, since I've been out and about this week.

You said you "mainly" eat fruits & veggies. What else are you eating? You can totally eat vegetarian junk food and extra salt. Do you eat a lot of meat and dairy substitutions? Cardio does NOT burn the most fat. The more muscle you have, the more your burn. Your mitochondria (which determines your metabolism) is found inside your muscle cells. That's why guys have an easier time losing weight than women do; they tend to have more muscle than we do. Lift some heavy weights, girl! :drinker:

It's time to ask for/get some help or drop something. Seriously, if you're THAT constrained you are doing too much. It's not healthy, mentally or otherwise. And I'm a Mom of 3, so I know. One year I had one in elementary, one in middle, one in high school. It was a hellacious year, but it's time to say NO.

I'm with Side Steel on the "detox" crap, but I can tell you, when I eat oatmeal in the morning, it makes me "go" quite a bit during the day! (One of those foods my Mom used to call "a broom.") Good luck to you! I'll be having my oatmeal in the morning. :drinker:

Thanks, Brian! I definitely have found that each person has their particular "sport" that they excel in. Biking is mine. I only run because I have to or if someone is chasing me.
