Umm...you can learn to cook yourself...or make better choices at a fast food place...it is all your choice.... I do not have to eat whatever...I can always make a better choice even if sometimes that choice is to just eat less.

I have done the C25K..and honestly, I do not like to run. BUT...I love that I can. Not something I ever thought I would be able to do...or desire to do.
