Ummm! I shouldn't be thinking about it, but if I were to choose, I would pick cheesecake, poutine and Dairy Queen blizzards! YUMMMMMM!

That's great! I have a long journey but seeing other people who can do, inspires me!

Hi! I don't know if your husband is doing it on purpose to be mean or he might just not know better. I have a husband that used to surprise me with junk food and cappacino's and he did it because he loved me and it used to make me happy. At first, he would bring me cappacino's, than I explained to him that this will bring…

Take it one day at a time. That's what I am doing. I have over 100 pounds to lose also, but I am aiming for 2 pounds a week, I haven't been here that long but I have lost 12 pounds since Jan. 2011. Remember it takes 30 days to change a bad habit, so stick with it for 30 days and you will see it will get easier.

Do you like fish? Fish doesn't have many calories. And steak isn't bad, I have it once in awhile, the calories aren't that bad but skip the potatoes. I eat broccoli and add a bit of low calorie cheez whiz to it. yum! Good luck!

I also have been looking for one and Walmart offers a few different kinds. I am also interested in knowing what other people think about this HMR watch.

Good luck! I have only been here since jan.3, 2011 and have lost 12 pounds. I love MFP!

You seem positive and that's what you need to be able to reach your goal. I have a long journey of weight loss ahead of me but I have lost 12 pounds so far with MFP since jan.3, 2011. Good luck, keep thinking of the positive side of losing weight and remember it takes 30 days to stop a bad habit, then it gets easier.

Hello! This morning I weighed in at 277. That's 3 pounds less than 5 days ago, it's the beginning of a very long journey but I will get there. ( I didn't really have a weigh-in day but noticed alot of people are Fridays, so I will pick Friday as my day.) The chart looks really good and it keeps me accountable. Thanks…

Hi! Wow congrats ammp for having lost already 22 pounds, which can be a great challenge for someone who has PCOS. I have tried lots of different diets without success but this time I think I will tough it out. As for Metformin, my doctor put me on it, I take it when I am at home or off from work. For some reason, it gives…

I have a long journey ahead, but would love to start the challenge.

I know exactly what you are going through! I too have a son (which was a miracle) but I was unable to have anymore children because of PCOS. My doctor told me that if you lose weight you have a better chance of getting pregnant. I wish you all the luck!
