Well, I started my miles and I am up to 9.0 miles so far. I am still very weak and the doctor hasn't given me the okay to resume all activity. So I will keep on walking every other day for now till I feel better. I am doing great on the water challenge and eating under my calories, so hopefully I can lose at least 5 pounds…

I have already lost 63 pounds so far just counting my calories. But I have been wanting to try something new and have been looking into the 17 day diet. I heard alot of people had success with it. I am planning on starting it next Monday. Good luck!

Thank you for your support. I am on bed rest this week, so I will try and just maintain but if all is okay physically next week I should be able to start the exercise part. The emotionaly part of this miscarriage will last alot longer. So thanks again for your support.

After 12 years of trying to get pregnant, I only get a couple of weeks of finally being pregnant and then the doctors tell me I lost my baby, I had a miscarriage yesterday. ;( So last month was awful I did not manage to lose my 10 pounds. Love the running part. The push-ups will be difficult as I haven't done them since highschool gym class and that's a good 15 years ago. :laugh: But I am happy last month I lost 7.3lbs which is great cause after losing 60 pounds I was on a 3 month plateau. So I hope I keep losing and NO MORE plateaus. Good luck…

I am new here but not to exercise challenges. I used to be in walking challenges but to get my heart pumping more I have been exercising more and more with an Elliptical. Now, I am new to counting miles, I used to count minutes instead. So since I have no idea how many mies I can do I will start of with 40 miles.
