Alot of times restaurants have a nutritional value on their site which tells you all the info. I find the key to success is to always plan ahead. I am looking for a new scale cause mine shows different weigh-in everytime I go on it. It's a digital and I changed the batteries but it still does the same. Was just wondering with which scale did you decide to go with? :smile: And is it working for you?

Get healthy, no more being obese and overweight, no bordeline cholesterol, no borderline diabetes. Be able to keep up with my husband and son when we go places. Travel more, be comfortable in a plane seat. Look good and not mind if people take pictures of me. And the list goes on and on.....:smile:

Weigh-in at 258 this morning! Yay, I reached my second goal which was to lose 22 pounds so I am getting myself a HRM watch today. :happy: My goal this week is to drink more water, I am going to try and drink at least 10 glasses of water.

You can do this! Make sure you aren't consuming too much sodium, that can drastically change your weigh-in and drink lots of water. I didn't lose at all at the beginning of the week and I was getting discouraged but in the last 2 days I have lost another pound. Good luck and take it one day at a time !:smile:

LOVE the chart Maggie! I couldn't wait till my Friday's weigh-in to post because this morning I weighed in at 259. (for a loss of 1.8 pounds so far) I am finally saying goodbye to the 260's! *happy dance*.

I have a fruit smoothie every morning, this one is my favorite one, it only has 165 calories. 3/4 cup fruit juice, 1/4 cup of low fat yogurt and 3/4 cup of frozen fruits. And put in all in a magic bullet. Yum!!

I have found success with just plain calorie counting but interested also in knowing what is calorie shifting?

I found success with the valentine's challenge and I am going to find some more success with this April Fools challenge.:smile: CW : 260.8 GW for April 1 : 245 for a total of 15.8 pounds.

welcome! You will love it, I have been hear since jan. 3 and have lost 19.2 pounds so far! Just remember the hardest is the first 30 days, then it gets easier, so stick with it. You can do this and think about how good you will feel once you lose the weight!:happy:

I am also an exercise hater. We have the sports champion game- I love the gladiator and the volley ball game. They are very addictive and that is why I was thinking about getting the zumba video game, I am hoping to get motivated to exercise.:smile:
