No, you can't input or change the weight in the charts, only Jackie can change and update them. You update on this thread and she updates the chart. Hope this helps.

wow, I underestimated my capabilities to bounce back from my miscarriage. I think my thought of getting back to exercise with no worries and back to my normal routine was delusional! Oh, well I will do my best and aim for more realistic goal in February.

Adding another 2 miles, walked in deep snow with my winter boots and all my winter gear on, my heartrate went up to 86% at times. I should get more then 2 miles for that! I am drained but it was beautiful out there! Adding my ticker.
