I reached my goal for this month. Slacked a bit in the middle of the month but finished it off today with a long 110 minutes walk which brought me over my goal minutes of walking for the month of August. YEAH! Congrats to everyone that reached their goal! My September goal, I will add another 100 minutes for a total of 700…

30 minutes of walking with my dogs on our 85 acres land. It's beautiful out there. Then got back home and did 45 minutes of yoga with my 12 year old son. I haven't done yoga in years, felt great. :smile:

I don't count the 10 minutes here and there of my daily day. I only count it, if I walked extra, I don't count my other exercise either, like yoga and biking. But I guess it's your choice.

When I came back from my holidays I was at 222 lbs but at least this week I did lose it back and I am almost back on track with 218.7 lbs. I did not make my mini goal but I want to keep it the same, because I will push myself more this month. Done with the holidays out of town and I am back to losing weight, no more…

well I took a break yesterday so 0 minutes. Today I did 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill and 25 minutes of bike riding. I am only counting walking so that means I have a total so far of 200 minutes of walking.:happy:

Hi!:smile: I am weighing in with my current weight of 218. I am hoping to reach 208 by labour weekend. 10 pounds should be atteinable. I hope I have better results this time.

I have no energy today, it took all my motivation and will power to actually get up and exercise. I really didn't want to exercise but I did it anyway. My muscles are already sore. Today- 30 minutes on the treadmill in the morning and 20 minutes of walking the dogs at night. for a total of 170 minutes so far.

I am new at all this. My goal for the month will be to walk for 600 minutes. I just started to exercise a month ago, so this will help me be accountable for my exercise. I am hoping to get through this plateau.
