  • If you want popcorn, have popcorn! At most theaters you can ask for less or no butter and salt. The numbers on Fitness Pal are just an estimate, so watching what you eat is okay, but you don''t have to worry about every calorie or gram of sodium if you are consistently eating well.   • It usually says "you would weigh __ in 5 weeks" or something like that. You may not want to weigh that much as a goal, but you also want to lose weight at a steady, healthy pace. It's just telling you that if you ate like that everyday you could expect to make x progress in five weeks.
  • Think about how you feel physically. If you are working out more often do you feel like you have more energy? Remember, being healthy isn't a number, it's a life style. Try to reflect on all the great things you are doing for yourself by working out and eating well! It will all pay off in the long run!
