  • I've been on it for a while and am successful. It's not easy since I don't work out (yes, I know I should) and sometimes I go over on weekends, but so far, so good. There's a 1200 calorie group here :)

  • OMG me too. Mountain Dew is my downfall and the diet version sucks!!! I've found that carbonated, flavored water is a great alternative to soda but I do allow myself a little bit of regular Dew when I want it. Once my 2 liter is gone though, I'm not buying another one.
