Just let go, your body will know what to do....I think? But realistically Walk/Jog/Run outside when weather permits, you will much happier with your progress and less bored.

I have a sweet tooth, i usually drink cinnamon or peppermint tea when i feel it coming on. But today......I went with it, oh well:) Mind over matter for the most part.

agreed, i barley like to add any exercise so i hit my macros better. People do this so they can eat more, I assume.

TRADER JOES IS AWESOME! The problem is people think a lot of the pre-fixed salads and meals are healthy and they are far from. Make sure you check labels first.

you can eat what ever you want. as long as your cals are below your tdee. But remember there is a thing called heart disease.

make sure you're hands are shoulder width apart and make sure your wrist crease is facing forward. Make your clavicle smile and lower, and push up. This is how its explained in yoga, it helps me.

veggie pizza light cheese? You should just go for it and get back on track tomorrow. Were all allowed cheat days once in a while. Just watch your macros.

I get tom yum soup usually. Chicken and veggies is a good choice. Stay clear of fried foods, coconut milk curries, and noodles. You should be fine.
