honestly pool embarrassment happens at every size. I hate getting in the pool around people and im not over weight. I think you just have say YOLO and get in the freaking pool!

vanity sizing. I work in the fashion industry and size 0 is sometimes the same sizing as a childrens size 10. Its pretty messed up if you ask me. Our models don't even wear size 0, most wear a size 4-6.

mine didnt with weight loss even if it was just 10lbs. but they did get smaller and awkward with weight training/heavy lifting.

im currently doing NROLFW, I am in stage 3 and I have grown out of it . But its a great book for someone who is a beginner.

if you can lift without gloves do so. if you care about calluses wear gloves. I dont use gloves because i eventually want to Olympic lift compete and I know you cant wear gloves.

low carb diets are just another way for you to cut calories, as is paleo, juicing, ect. Just eat clean and stay within your calorie goal and you should be fine. I eat 40/30/30 and some days my carbs are way over 200g and im not a balloon yet.

5'2 goal weight was 120 but since lifting I dont really care what the number is. im 125 right now.

ankle ligament damage is the worst they take the longest to heal. I had damage to my ankle from when i was 15 playing soccer and i still deal with it at 27. Take care of yourself. You know what you should do........

I designate my cheat meal for Sunday so its easier to get through the weekend knowing you have a cheat meal coming up....I think everyone who is human should have 1 - 2 cheat meals a week, it keeps you sane!
