I live in LA so jogging sometimes can be scary but i know my surroundings and I always run during the day. Im more scared of zombie drivers then being abducted or something.

I cant lift in the morning, I need a full day to fuel me to be able to lift heavy. its not that i cant wake up its that i feel really weak in the morning. Its probably a mental thing.

i just try not to eat any processed grains. So i stick to Ezekiel and brown rice and Im doing well.

whiskey on the rocks! or i drink a bottle of light beer then when finished I it fill with water and drink that the rest of the night.

5'2ish and im 124 and im pretty happy at this weight. I am very muscular and toned. As someone else stated the only way for me to get lower is to reduce my calories significantly and stop working out....I DONT WANT TO BE SKINNY, I WANT TO BE FIT.

almost 5'3 here. atletic build I eat between 1500-1700. I have 4 more lbs to lose.

dont use the smith machine the author is anti smith machine. I'm starting stage 1 workout b dead lifts today too, im going to use a barbell without weight for the first day and move up ( i lift already so i think im capable of the bar alone).
