tostada, no sour cream no cheese. extra veggies. Don't eat shell. salsa and guac in moderation. Dont deprive yourself just know youre allowed to make substitutions at restaurants.

eating more to weigh less really works. Everyone should check their BMR and TDEE. I was eating 1200 too and lost weight but wasnt healthy now im eating 1500-1700 and feel great! There is a guy on MFP i "helloitsdan" i think and he really preaches the eating more philosophy and it really works.

1500-1700 total, not net. if i work out i might only be eating 1200net

I eat between 1500-1700 depending. I've done diets where i eat only 1200 and it works, but unfortunetly you cant live your life like that. I eat 20% below my TDEE generally and feel great!

i worked in bar/restaurant and smoking and drinking is part of the game. It wasn't until i got out of the environment that i actually quit both.

I suggest actually tracking what you eat on a "bad day-unhealthy day", and my guess would be way more 1800cals. You shouldnt be gaining 100lbs on 1800cals. Most anyone who is a little active would lose.

99g of protein is great. I like to hit 120 but im happy with 99!!!!!!!
