  • OMG!! i love your story!! i am in the same situation you were in i was 267 at 5'4 and said enough already i have two sons. I have been at this for 2 months now and lost 30 already just with calorie counting and the gym 5-6 days a weeks... So good to see your success story and seeing you accomplish the same goal i am going…

  • I have been here as well. Im down 25 now and i would like to hear it from others as well. Of course my husband is always telling me he can notice a difference but he is suppose to say that right? lol It would be nice to hear it from others right? What satisfied me was my before and after pics. I have been on this journey…

  • Thank you guys so much i love the support this website gives!! i was trying to upload the picture but i dont know how yet lol! I know it is coming off very fast right now because of how over weight i was for my height and it will slow down.. In the mean time im loving seeing the numbers drop :)

  • GOOD JOB!! I MET MY FIRST GOAL YESTERDAY! WE STARTED AROUND THE SAME TIME I STARTED ON OCT.1ST MY FIRST GOAL WAS BEING A MONTH SUCESSFUL!! AND IN THE MEAN TIME I LOST 18 IN THAT MONTH!! HOPE YOU CAN STICK WITH IT!

  • CONGRATS!! As some one that is 5'3 and started at 267 i applaud you! My journey started on Oct.1st and im down to 257 and still going but i would live to know your story and how you did it!? keep it up you look great :)
