@hbarnstein: I've been exercising for a little over a month (I did say that somewhere in my post..) and I try to consume about 1200 calories a day. Sometimes I may go a bit over that, but definitely nothing more than 1400 a day - and I don't go over very often. (I also drink 6 glasses of water or more a day).…
