  • I am a returning mfp user. I want to lose 88lbs. I have 79 more to go. I am 25. Im starting with healthier eating, and light exercise. I'm looking for people with similar goals to support each other.
  • Thanks for the heads up ay1978pa! I just changed my goal so that I will be losing 2lbs a week instead of 1.5. It dropped me down a little less than 400 calories. So I will see how that goes! Thank you everyone!

  • I just completed level 1 day 2. It seemed harder for me today. Not sure why that was. Also, I do the exercise on my livingroom floor which is wood but has a rug over it. It is very hard when I am jumping or doing situps. Should I also be using a mat? Or is it ok.

  • I just started today. I JUST finished day 1!! It was hard at some parts but I made it through. I am going to try to go straight through if I can. What weights are you all using? And is there a way to track this as exercise?
  • Congrats on the lifestyle change! I just did my first 2 weeks on this program and I am doing well so far. I am just watching my calorie intake, and trying to do at least 30 minutes of excerise a day. I have lost 6lbs so far! Keep up the great work!:smile:
