This is awesome. I'm an older woman wanting to do fitness competitions. I am still a long way off and will probably train for another year before taking up my first one. I have a trainer, who is helping me get there, teaching me how to lift, eat, etc. So I'm on the right track. Good luck to you!

I actually exercise longer during that time of the month. I notice that it makes me feel better all around. I have less cramping, a lighter flow, a lot more energy and better mood.

I agree with vickidemartin. I tend to cut too many calories sometimes and can definitely tell a difference in my milk supply.
