My goal was is 10000 steps per day so the first week I walked 73000 and the second week I walked 83000! But this week I think I overdid last week and my arthritic knee is throbbing so I am only doing 7000-8000 steps per day. I'm slowly working back up to the 10000.

My goal is to walk 10000 steps per day. Last week I did 73000+ steps! Each day I try to do a combination of Leslie miles, walk my dogs and general walking to get to 10000 steps.

I wear a pedometer from the time I get out of bed until I go back to bed. Some days I get 10000 steps in and other days only 4000 but I average 6000 steps. Those steps include Leslie DVDs as well as the treadmill or several laps around the mall. My goal for January is 8000 steps per day. Day 1 so far, 4000 steps.

I use a pedometer. At first I only used it to "exercise" but now I wear it most of the day and try for 10000 steps per day. I am actually more active on the weekends when I am doing errands than I am at work so I average 5ooo-6000 steps per day at work and then 11000 - 12000 per day on weekends. My goal is to get to 70000…

Congratulations Daneegurl! I too started out slow and thought I would pass out after the first 15 minute workout! But, I kept at it and slowly started to feel more comfortable which built up my confidence to move to the next workout and then keep going. It does get easier and you'll feel fantastic.

I track my steps per day and per week including Leslie steps. I try for 10000 steps per day which is equivalent to 5 miles. I am at 60000 steps for the first week. Hooray!

My overall goal is to walk 10000 steps per day but within that I have been doing 1 mile of brisk walking videos and slowly increasing to 2 miles of brisk walking videos, etc. My goal is consistency.
