I find that I when I am working out so much and loosing maybe 200gms. in a week that I say to myself what is the point. But what I am trying to do now is relate that 200gms to something so that I have some sort of visual to what I am loosing.

Just remember when ever you fall off the wagon. To always get back on don't stray away for to long or it makes it harder to get motivated. You can do it go for gold .......

I had a cracker of a day yesterday. Just couldn't seem to stop myself.. I hate the rain it makes me munchy.... But they say today is another day so I need to just get over it and move on....
