I'm open! Anyone can add me. But, I'm with Camish911 - no judging :smile: I recently added friends with open diaries. It has helped me a lot in the past week or so. It really does motivate you when you get a like or a helpful hint to reduce eating bad food and etc.

Oh my....what a tough question. I think Cypress Hill at the Metro in 03. The venue is so small and the music was on fire! Oh, and DMB at Alpine Valley and the Muse in Atlanta were great shows too. I love music :smile:

They're a bit higher in calories, but I really like Larabars for my sweet cravings at night. I'm still looking for a substitute for my salty cravings all day. Any suggestions?

Girl, I'm with ya. I can exercise almost daily, but I will throw down food - good and bad. All day :neutral: I agree with juxtapose. Don't buy junk food. Pack your lunches or prepare your food for the week on Sundays. That has helped me in the past. I recently threw away my junk food at work, but my coworker has a huge…
