I agree with the other girls. I just bought a polar F7 for $118 (w/2 year warranty) at Sports Authority. And I got a $25 gift card for spending $100. Best thing that I have gotten since I started my weight loss journey. Trust me, don't get a cheap model. You will regret later. Good luck!

I have a cheat day once a week too. But..........I may have gotten addicted to working out to prevent going over on my calories. Like the previous post, it's different for each person.

OMG!!!! I was thinking about the same exact thing when I was watching it! I have the same body type as her. I have about 60 lbs to go. I really hope my "second stomach" goes away. I do not want excess skin either :(

I've been taking Ortho Tricyclin Lo for two years now with no side effects. I did try the generic version of Ortho Lo to save cash and I had awful mood swings, my skin broke out, I cried all the time, and I felt like I was on fire. I went back to Ortho.
