I'm with all of you. My friends and family think I'm crazy because I say that I am addicted to food. They say it's not alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs. So, they think it's just an excuse. I try so hard to eat well, but my emotions always get the best of me. Since November 1st, I've worked out 24 times, roughly 1-2 hours…

I have no rhythm what's so ever and I love it! I've been going to Zumba classes 2-3 times a week for the last month and I can feel the difference in my body. Try it! You'll have fun and not to mention a few moves when you go out!

Jimmy John's is my fast food weakness! I never realized how many calories were in my #1 and salt & vinegar chips. I will try the no mayo and cheese and maybe split the chips with a friend?
