Here's my issue, I still have lots to lose and my lower tummy, under my c section scar, hangs between my thighs. I have to lift my tummy( still around 58 inches after 70 lbs lost) to get my legs together when sitting. I know I need to wear a shaper but don't know where to begin. Hoping if I wear a shaper skin will stop…

i wish i knew when i would see change too but at 310 now having lost 19 pounds i don't see a difference at all..or feel one...i am praying by thanksgiving i see one..but i have been wearing the same size for soooo long..not sure i will know when my big baggy clothes are just that, big and baggy and not what i should be…

new to this thread;;;;i used the wii to get started..i use the wii fit with the combined workouts so not as much stopping in between, then i got wii zumba, and now i have the biggest loser challenge which i like the most.. it is the most customizable one i have found so far and because my balance board can act as a scale…
