I'm probably going to get hated on for this, but, meh, what else is new, hate on opinions, lol. I used to eat them all the time and I lost a good amount of weight doing it. They aren't the healthiest thing, obviously, but a lot of them are pretty cheap (I am kinda poor lol) and well.. not everyone can afford fresh produce…

Mine does this as well and it is so annoying. I get it on and it says 144, then 146, then 147. I never know when I can believe it, it's so frustrating. Might just have to start weighing at the gym, sigh~

I'm 5'3" and I was (at one time) 190, when I first started this site I was around 170-175. I'm now (or at least, last time I checked) 144.

Some days it's better then others. Some days I am not bothered at all by food, and then there's others I just CANNOT stop eating or cannot stop thinking about it. It's ok to like food, it's ok to like things that keep you alive, lol. I think there is a thin line between really enjoying food and being addicted to it though.…

I do this as well. It probably is a little overkill, (so I should probably take my own advice here, lol) but I'm trying to get some more fat off before summer. I think taking a few rest days would probably help with the pain though..?

Uh, rude much? It's not JUST a calorie counting website. Not everyone uses this site to simply count the calories, it can be used as a support system as well. To OP, I don't count calories, I did too wrapped up in it and obsessed so I just focus on how much I am eating and stop when I am full/read labels/common sense,…

My boyfriend (whom is a normal weight) says how I have inspired him to become more active and healthier. :) Also, my size 12 jeans that used to be tight as heeelll on me, no longer fit, they slide off. Pretty sure I can get into a size 10 now! :D
