Did my 50 squats early in the morning and wow what a burn! How I deal with a frustrating day is I go for a long walk and just keep walking until I feel calmed down.

Took the little one and my high schooler to school and got my 25 squats in plus a good pace walk for 70 minutes with the hubbie down to the beach. We are still going to UFC gym this evening as we do M-F with the whole family. Its nice that my husband has a whole month off vacation pay woo hoo he is now my walking partner…

Yes! help and motivation is what I also need! I tend to eat healthy in the morning and at lunch then it goes all down hill:) I am a over eater and I just don't stop. I need to lose 30 pounds and keep it off. I feel with this site we all can motivate each other with tips:) Good Luck to all.
