Wow! I'm still working out what size I want to be and I'm your height. I don't know if I could maintain that size but it certainly makes me consider the possibilities. I'm a long way from that yet! Thanks for the inspiration.

This is totally reassuring to read- I have the same problem! I have one pair of go-to pants for running,the rest I have to wear a particular type of underwear to get through the run or I run into the same problems. It's so frustrating!

I force myself to make a salad every night and team it with protein like tuna or chicken. I also sometimes have the salad with a toasted sandwich, total calories about 300 max including a piece of fruit for dessert.
