Great advice, but due to my history of poor eating habits, I am not allowed to diet. My family has gone to the extent of saying that , if you dont eat properly we wou;dnt wat as well. Cant blame them. I put them through hell.

Thank you kelli.. Please take a look at my other posts.. I had mentioned thta I have bulky thihgs(unlike my bamboo stick arms).. And on my thighs, I have islands of swellings that makes it look irregular. It hurts extremely when I get a massage done. Somebody told me that it is water retention or lactic acid.

Yes I realized Granola bars are dangerous after I entered it into my food chart. I was shocked when I saw 190 calories ! I am addicted to garnola bars.. I dont like chocolate though

Hi my BMI fluctuates between 18.8 and 18.1.. I feel I am bulky... I am not allergic but yes, my stomach bloats whenever I eat. My bowel movements are irregular as well

I used to crash diet and though I am no more like that, my family is still worried that I might go back to my old ways. I put on a lot of weight after school, I was 143 pounds then.. Then i felt bad about myself and did a crsh diet and dropped down to 107.7.. :( Now I am normal but they dont want me to do that again

Thank you for the support. Yeah my weight is normal but here is the thing. I have saddlebags on my butt and thighs..Plus dimples!It makes me feel so uncomfortable. It is there in my family, but I want to get rid of it somehow...!!!!
