  • Butter has cholesterol (LDL) as do all animal products. Margarine does not (unless it is added, check the label.) Both are pure fat. Cholesterol (LDL) clogs the arteries. Your heart doesn't like that. It is harder to exercise, you slow down. When you slow down you burn fewer calories. Just my humble opinion.
  • I started just before Halloween. I'm 5'7' and weighed 240 lbs. I'm 66 years old. My doctor suggested this app. I use it and find it effortless. I now weigh 189 lbs. Not bad eh?:smile:
