  • Hey, I'm a forced (almost) vegan based on my food intolerances. I am supposed to avoid all meats (fish is ok) especially beef. Eggs are alright but I rarely eat them unless it is the actual egg since I'm gluten-free as well! If you need any support/food ideas let me know and i'll try to help

  • I had something very similar to this last week but w/o the bread crumbs (i'm gluten-free) it was delicious! I used Trader Joe's whole grain mustard, let it toast first on the stove before adding the filet. yum yum! also put 1 tbls honey with it...so good. enjoy!

  • Thanks for writing this pyro13g. I used to always freak out about an extra or loss of 5lbs when I realized by the next week I had normalized again and when my mom pointed out that she used to gain upwards of 7 lbs a day retaining water. ya never know.
