I look at it per hour. How long would it take you to write the article about? I usually charge $50/hour, (but I have 4 years experience), and make sure to consider revision rounds as well.

I measure biceps, chest, natural waist, butt, calves, and thighs. maybe my hips (not butt included)? i'll try that. Oh well! Thanks ladies.

Your protein goals sound good to me. I've heard you want 1g/lb so you could push it up to 128-135 without having it be "too high". IMO obviously.

I try to stay under 50g of carbs too, and i can NEVER get enough cals in. i usually net around 500-700 on days where i don't go out.

I've lost about 10 lbs but am trying to lose another 5-8 and can't get any of it off! it's been around 6 months since i lost anything. it's frustrating. add me!

Hey Girly, if you don't have time to shower RIGHT after (which i don't often) try throwing some acne wipes in your gym bag and swabbing your chest/back after your workout. works well for me!

Haha thanks guys! this has been fun to read. i'm looking forward to the positives that come after the cravings go away. I'm using wellbutrin to help out with that, it's been going ok but it's hard!

Don't know if anyone has suggested this yet but check out the book New Rules of Lifting for Women. You can get it on Amazon for cheap and it has a great 6-month lifting program that is really straightforward and helpful for people new to lifting. good luck!

Just quit smoking yesterday so I guess I can't really tell you yes or no, BUT I went on Wellbutrin to help me quit and it's said to reduce symptoms of withdrawl and help curb the weight gain because it's an appetite suppressant. To be honest, I need the motivation to be right there in front of me. If they're not taking their own advice...then it's not going to make me want to take it. I've dealt with that with nutritionists before andddd for me? I need a fit trainer that can do it right alongside me. Maybe I'm shallow.. ha

I didn't read any one else's answers, but I got migraines for YEARS until I got a food sensitivity test (the one i got was the MRT Test, just have to google it) and it told me the foods to avoid. Since then, I've been migraine free. Hope this helps.

I'm making sweet potato mashed potatoes with vegan butter (just a bit!) cinnamon and maybe some garlic... super easy/healthy and cheap.

Losing hair is definitely a sign of malnutrition OR that she's not getting enough nutrients (even if she's eating enough) i lost my hair once when i lost weight to fast and wasn't eating the right amounts/types of food. it was scary!

as you eat less you'll crave it less. and the headaches will subside too. it's like cutting out caffeine. you're body just has to adjust.

drink some water :) warm if you can, and then if you still can't sleep have a few carrot sticks or something.

I try to have 1g/lb i weigh so i aim for 116g/day. However, I rarely make it to that. The protein is set really low on MFP so don't worry if you go over!
