Clothes too big, but no weight or inches lost.

Hey everyone,

I've recently noticed that my clothes are getting too big, and that the clothes that were once tight on me fit...but I haven't lost any weight OR inches (I measure inches about 1-2x/month and weight about 1x every 2 weeks.)

Anyone have a clue why this would be? I'm not complaining by any means, I just am curious.

Thanks!

sounds to me like you are losing fat while gaining muscle...since muscle takes up less space than fat you are shrinking but muscle weighs more than fat so that is why your weight has stayed the same (or may even go up)

    keep up the good work!

I'd guess that you're losing inches someplace you're not measuring that makes the clothes fit better :P
